In commemoration of the 25th year anniversary of Vietnam - US relations, Mr. Pham Quang Vinh, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the United States of America for the 2014-2018 term shared with us his optimistic thoughts and stories about the current relationship between the two countries.

TCVM - Born with a mission of cultivating friendship between Vietnam and the United States, the Vietnam-USA Society has had 75 years to turn that vision into reality. This people-to-people diplomatic association was founded under the instructions of President Ho Chi Minh shortly after Vietnam declared independence on September 2, 1945. Now, the association is continuing to enhance its role, step by step, in fostering the growing cordial relations between citizens of both nations during this blooming period of Vietnam - U.S. history.
